The disabled holiday services that we offer come down to support services and accommodation as you would expect whilst at home, plus a little bit more as you are not in your "normal" environment. We understand totally, that you may feel a bit out of your depth, a bit worried, scared even that you are not at home, comfortable with your surroundings, comfortable with your support workers who know you and understand your routine, what you want done and when!
This is where all I can do is assure you that we are here to get to know you, if you want something doing during your holiday, or we don't do it quite right, or we do it differently to what you are used to then you tell us and we try again. The control is yours, you tell us, we listen and do as you ask. Simple really!
Wheelchair accessible Accommodation. A range of accommodation ALL with level access showers all accessible to wheelchair users and anyone else.
I am writing to say thank you for a fantastic holiday. We both enjoyed it very much and after the stress of my course it was nice just to think of nothing except how to enjoy myself. Your support service is great, allowing my husband to have time to himself which we have never been able to do on holiday before. Also your accessible transport service means that we can go out and about without having to beg the driver to lift me and my wheelchair in and out of the vehicle, which we have had to do on previous holidays abroad. Some of the French food is out of this world. I very much enjoyed the restaurant in your village of La Roche Derrien that we went to one day. That meal was fantastic and the owners were so nice, highly recommendable. Also I loved the creperies that we went to especially the one in Paimpol where I had crepe suzette. I am definitely going there in July when we are back again.Mary Fraser from Northampton
