Themed holidays in France for disabled people and their families
Throughout the year we are offering many different themed weeks for disabled people on a variety of subjects and activities. They are not 'courses' just intended to be tasters for people who are interested in a subject.
The weeks are intended for wheelchair users and disabled people, their families, friends and carers. Anyone can join in and if you have a particular subject that you would like featured then let us know - we just haven't thought of it yet!!

Rest and Relaxation Week
Come and stay in our wheelchair accessible apartments and meet Veronique, a professional masseur and reflexologist. She specialises in de-stress massage and therapies.
The week includes

Any treatments can be opted out of if you prefer, treatments are open to disabled people and non disabled alike.
Arts and Crafts
For the arty amongst you why not try out our craft week. The French are 'big' on crafts, so come and try jewellry making, or card making, or a bit of painting, maybe decorating gift boxes or making jewellry boxes is more your style. We are led by you on this one - whatever you want to make, design, stick on is ok by us!
Some ideas are

Jewellry - make you own necklace or earings or maybe some high fashion accessory

Make a jewellry box - transform a plain wooden box into a a jewellry box in an afternoon - great gift for for Xmas maybe?

Scrap Booking - we in the UK call this collages - maybe a different way to get a piece of art for your wall or an unusual card

Christmas decorations - make unusual decorations for your tree and home

Floral Art - maybe make a gift for someone special
This week includes

Trips to Pontrieux - with artists galleries, local jewellry makers and silver smiths galore.

Possible trip to a sculptors studio - see the artist at work (To be confirmed)

1 lunch out and 1 evening meal out
Discover the Pink Granite Coast
Stay in our wheelchair friendly accommodation, but discover the beauty of the Pink Granite Coast, explore the promenades, the wild peninsula's, the beaches and the rocky out crops that all form part of the magic.
This week includes

Walks along the coast (including wheelchairs)

Visit around Les Sept Isles - Boat trip (yep, wheelchairs are ok on this one too)

Trips along Perros Guirec, Ploumanach, St Michel en Greves plus much more

Plenty of photo opportunities, plus an photo album of the memories

Meals out - including the famous sea food platter (if you dare!)
An introduction to the French Language
A simple crash couse into the French language - ensure you can order food and drink, buy things from shops, ask for what you want, be understood in the basics of French! French people appreciate it if we try and this week will give you the basics

The starter course, with plenty of time to practice amongst yourselves and with the tutors

Gourmet Week
As far as the French are concerned nobody does food better - try our special gourmet week and be prepared to try the best, oh and bring trousers with expanding waistlines - this week is not for dieters!

Trip to a local Cave - A cave is a "proper" wine merchant

Try and live French for a week, just to get a taste of the traditions, food, drink and culture.

Prices start at £499.00 per disabled person and £199.00 for non disabled people.
Themed weeks can be used as part of a respite package, for either carer or disabled person.The price does include support workers for the disabled person, hence the difference in price!
