Rest and Relaxation Week

Come to Brittany to de-stress, get away from the daily grind, stop worrying about family, friends, children, etc and literally get away from it all!

Designed for the disabled but open to everyone our facility is fully wheelchair accessible and has large accessible, level access shower rooms.

We are offering a true week of rest and relaxation, with a different de-stressing, beautifying treatment daily from foot spas, to massages through to algae and hot sea treatments you will feel like a new person at the end of the week. Mobile phones are banned during the day just to ensure that no one can hassle you, no one can stress you and that you literally do learn how to switch off and the world will still turn whilst you are incommunicado!

The week is fully inclusive with staff to help with personal care needs, equipment, and transport. It is full board, with the opportunity to eat out several times during the week.

All treatments are included and there is at least one per day. Treatments are on an individual basis and can be opted out of if you prefer.

The accommodation is modern apartments in a former Cotton Mill on the banks of the River Jaudy in La Roche Derrien. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it is an ideal location for ensuring that tranquillity is the buzz word for the week!

All the apartments have two bedrooms with level access throughout, roll in showers with wheeled shower chairs, raised toilets with grab rails, wheel under sinks.

There is also internet access – although you can’t check your emails until the evening – remember no outside interference!!

Five Days worth of treatments – to include, massage, facials, foot spas and massage plus a treatment at the Thalassotherapy Centre.

Transport during your stay

Transport to and from the UK - minimum of 8 people for this to be offered. (4 wheelchair spaces available in the adapted van)

£499.00 per person for 7 night stay (you make your own way here)

£799.00 per person for 7 nights we do the pick ups in the UK at designated points
