Apartment 1. On the ground floor, large in size, two bedrooms and the most popular apartment we have. As with the whole building there is a hard tiled floor throughout and no steps anywhere.... not even a little one.... REALLY!
All the usual fixtures and fittings.... TV (uk sky tv) DVD/CD and surround sound. Your own PC with access to the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (free of charge)
Panic/assist alarms in the toilet/shower room and in one of the bedroom. (Baby monitors also available if needed free of charge)
A very large wet shower room with its own shower chair (different sizes available). Big kitchen and a huge lounge.
A good apartment for families with plenty of room to run around in and the sofa can be made up as a double bed to increase capacity to 6 (although one family managed 8!!) (extra linin costs appy though folks)
Lots of big windows and really high ceilings make this apartment even more special
Our hoists and hospital beds are available free of charge (as with all apartments) as long as the item is booked for you and in our stock. If the items are being used by other apartments or we dont have one then they can be hired in for minimal cost. It is not our aim to get rich off you by overcharging on equipment and if we can extend the hire of any piece of equipment to the next customer then we will pass the savings on to you. (and so on....)
