Accessible Holidays for the disabled traveller - Bookings

As we specialise in accessible holidays for the disabled person and most of those holidays are based on very individual packages it may be very difficult for you to guage a cost from our general price list. Therefore, we ask anyone who would like more information or a price for a break to contact us. This will allow us to ask any relevant questions in order to give you a more specific price based on your requirements.

For people who currently receive their support package in the UK by way of a Direct Payment or via the Independent Living Fund (ILF) you can use both of these to pay for any assessed, agreed needs during your stay with us. This will ensure that you receive the same level of support during your holiday, as you would expect at home.

In some cases, it may be possible to agree with your Care Manager or Social Worker that for your holiday you receive extra support, as you are in a different environment, you would like to do more whilst you are here than you would normally do whilst at home, you may feel that your family/support workers need some respite from the support side of things, then this is the ideal opportunity.

When you book an apartment we ask for a 25% deposit to confirm the booking. You will receive an invoice confirming what you have booked, whether or not any additional services have been booked, and any equipment that you may have asked for. We are able to hold any accommodation for 10 days whilst waiting for the deposit to be paid. Once paid, the outstanding balance will be payable 8 weeks before your stay with us.
We have a UK bank, so paying us is not a nightmare and you don't have to think in Euros or anything! You can choose to pay us in a variety of ways, send a cheque to our bank, transfer via the internet or bank transfer, go into a local branch of Lloyds TSB. Entirely up to you how you choose to pay. We do ask that people DO NOT send us a cheque directly, as all we have to do is then post it back to the UK!

Booking disabled holidays in France needn't be a nightmare, for an individual price, please contact us. We will need to know what services you are likely to require on your holiday and more importantly when you want to come. Holiday prices will be based on individual package requirements.
